By downloading or using Dog & Cat Translator Pro("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Entertainment only

The App is provided for personal entertainment. The barks and meows it plays are simulated for fun: they carry no meaning in animal communication, and the App does not interpret any sound your dog makes. The App is not a veterinary, medical, training, or behavioural tool, and you should not rely on it for decisions about your dog's health, safety, or care. If you have concerns about your dog, consult a qualified vet or trainer.

Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it kindly around animals and not to distress or harm any pet. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App, or create derivative works from it. The App and all associated trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights remain ours.

Purchases & subscriptions

The App is free to download. Its key features are unlocked by an optional subscription, currently $9.99 per year. Any price and term is shown in the App and on the App Store before you buy — you are never charged without seeing the price first. Where a purchase is made, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and any subscription auto-renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To be clear: the pet sounds it plays are simulated for entertainment, and we make no claim that it can interpret a real bark or determine what your dog is actually thinking or feeling.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at this same URL. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
