By downloading or using Dog Translator: Bark & Play("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Entertainment only

The App is provided for personal entertainment. Its “translations” are generated for fun and do not represent the actual meaning of any sound your dog makes. The App is not a veterinary, medical, training, or behavioural tool, and you should not rely on it for decisions about your dog's health, safety, or care. If you have concerns about your dog, consult a qualified vet or trainer.

Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it kindly around animals and not to distress or harm any pet. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App, or create derivative works from it. The App and all associated trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights remain ours.

Subscription

The App is free to download and includes a free bark recorder and starter features. It also offers an optional subscription that unlocks additional features. Pricing and terms are shown in the App before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be accurate, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and — to be clear — we make no claim that it can determine what your dog is actually thinking or feeling.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at this same URL. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
